Let's take a moment to celebrate the dishes the chef could not have plated better. Sometimes they make my job so easy:) Just perfection.


Cote de Boeuf: 18 ounces of Creekstone ribeye, seasoned with salt and pepper and topped with a house-made salsa verde and chips of fried green garlic

Avocado Toast with sourdough bread, roasted pepper avocado spread, cilantro, sliced avocado, charred lemon, and poached eggs.


NY Strip with a twice-baked potato and roasted mushrooms topped with freshly shaved black truffle


Almond Pain De Genes with almond paste, a layer of raspberry jam, and topped with house made tart apricot ice cream, local blueberries, citrus red plums, and a touch of crunchy candied violets

The Diner Breakfast: lemon ricotta pancakes, soft scrambled eggs, and pork belly

Goose & Elder

Royale Goose: grass-fed burger, American cheese, over-easy egg, black-pepper bacon, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, and dijonaisse on a brioche bun
